All right, I know I've started and abandoned more blogs than you can shake a Magic Mouse at, but heck. I need a new project.
Some posts will be about the whole WLJ (weight loss journey! You know, after awhile you get a little too used to abbreviating EVERYTHING online), some about life stuff, and perhaps a little fandom. Who can say, really?
My name is Tara, but online I tend to go by Mezz. It evolved from a screen name and I apparently prefer it when I'm masquerading as a badass (or trying to convince myself I'm a badass... whichever) on the interwebz. I have an MFA in creative writing, I intend to return to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan at the first opportunity, and I have addictions to Stevo (my TiVo), Coke, and writing haiku.
What's a girl to do?
Start a blog, obviously.
